About Scrubby Gamerz Not Sweaty. Just Legendary.
Scrubby Gamerz started with four friends from across the globe who bonded over games, jokes, and the pure chaos of online lobbies. We’re a squad of Army vets, chill creators, and digital misfits building a home for every kind of player, from button mashers to leaderboard grinders.
What started as a running joke turned into a full-blown digital kingdom. Now, Scrubby Gamerz is a global brand and community focused on fun, fairness, and leveling up, inside and outside the game.
Meet The Founders
Raymond
Founder | Systems Engineer | Alabama, USA
Raymond’s the one who put all the pieces together, and then stacked XP systems on top of them. A U.S. Army veteran and full-time engineer in the space game, he’s obsessed with gamification, lore, and making sure the community always has something dope to unlock. He’s got a vision for Scrubby Gamerz that includes badges, factions, merch, and maybe even a gaming café someday.
Skills: System builder, hype creator, lore master
Plays: Destiny, Warzone, indies, and anything sci-fi
Fun Fact: Thinks in questlines and UI overlays.
Preston
Co-Founder | Cybersecurity Student | Pennsylvania, USA
Army vet turned digital guardian, Preston’s in the trenches of cyber defense by day—and stacking dubs by night. He’s got a quick wit, a loud mic, and zero tolerance for cheaters. Preston’s the one who’ll call you out and then help you get better. Always down for a good laugh and a better match, he’s the ultimate mix of chill and chaos.

Amy
Co-Founder | UK Vibes Manager | Day-One Scrubby
Amy is one half of the British sister duo that helped bring Scrubby Gamerz to life. Laid back, always funny, and sneakily competitive, Amy’s the kind of teammate who’ll drop a joke and a headshot. She’s been here since the beginning and brings nonstop energy to the chat and party lobbies.
Skills: Vibe checks, savage comebacks, mid-match karaoke.

Ruth
Co-Founder | UK Energy | Day-One Scrubby
Ruth is Amy’s sister and the other half of the unstoppable Brit duo. Smart, sarcastic, and always a good time, Ruth brings a different flavor to the crew. She’s the person who keeps it grounded while also throwing down. Whether it’s late-night laughs or clutch wins, she’s been a core part of the squad from day one.

Fun Fact: Ruth isn’t a nickname, but “Fred Vest” somehow is.
